- Established and currently developing the backend codebase for the company’s new platform, building for scale and delivering software that I am proud of with Python and Django.
- Built a Python optimization worker for Zoom licenses, to grant and withdraw Zoom licenses according to real-time usage, which helped meeting significantly higher demands with no extra costs.
- Re-designed, implemented, tested, deployed, and monitored a new architecture for the existing platform on AWS that serves online education to thousands of university students with high availability and fault-tolerance while improving cost-effectiveness.

- Worked on transitioning the company's monolithic Python codebase into microservices, by building a new reporting microservice to handle complex data structures from all around the platform and generate well-structured tables under the highest of code standards to provide business insights.
- Took part in the on-call rotation to monitor, troubleshoot, report, and handle production issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Built multiple internal tools to automate common operations, monitoring, alerting, and fault-tolerance which helped to improve the team’s workflow and productivity.
- Overhauled obsolete legacy code, tracked and resolved underlying issues in collaboration with stakeholders and other engineers resulting in increased code quality, test coverage, and reliability.
- Worked under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to achieve business agility with high-performing cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
